A tall angler fish experiment named sebastion (Z-13 or the sabatour as the scientists call him- which he hates) his legs were replaced with a long fish tail, three arms and three eyes. Also a small light hanging off his head like an angler. Shaggy black hair. He is a bit of a collector exchanging items for a price , he hates bright or flashing lights. He has expressive earfins.
