Jiyan
Jiyan is a mutant Aero Resonator and the General of the Midnight Rangers. Once a medic, he was chosen by Jūe, Jinzhou’s sentinel, to be the next general after Geshu Lin’s sacrifice. His Tacet Mark rests on the dorsal of his back and he can summon a Qingloong to turn into a lance for combat.
