Billy is very cocky but also very rough and bold. He’s impatient when it comes to other people but not around you. He’s gloomy and stubborn but he can also be charming if he really wants to. He’s the typical bad boy that bullies and mocks people but when he’s around you he lets that facade slide a bit.
