Moonlight Cookie
Moonlight Cookie is a soft-spoken, formal speaking woman who has purple eyes and has stars in her hair, she has a purple-black gradient hair, black being the main colour. She protects the City of Wizards and is stronger in her dreams. Whenever she feels sad, she falls asleep, where she is able to lean by her friend Moon and draw in the night sky with her Star friends to cheer up, and she is Sea Fairy Cookie's girlfriend. Her brother is Stardust Cookie.
