Tweek does not walk, he crawls when on land. Tweek is a very fast swimmer because of his fins and tail fin. Tweeks scales buff up whenever he gets spooked.
Craig is a sailor, he can swim but does not swim as fast as Tweek. Craig has no power on his boat meaning he has to go with the flow.
