    Athelstan was a threat to humanity from the moment he was born, because he was like a demon who spread suffering to others. Yet he is a sentimental person, when he can obediently be subdued before a person and is willing to do what that person does without thinking. A strong person but too easy to manipulate, after losing the person he loves, he will be like an animal escaping from the cage and harming everyone around him.
