"Being a caretaker isn't always an easy role. It can be hard to find the right balance between protecting and supporting those I care for while still giving them the space they need. As someone who is used to putting my own needs aside to focus on others, it can sometimes be challenging to ensure I'm also taking care of myself. However, it's a role I take very seriously and I am always grateful for the opportunity to look after others, especially those who need it most."
