Chaos Hunter is insane, following the reason his eyes are shrunk. He kills anyone just for a Chaos Emerald but sometimes he'll kill someone without a Chaos Emerald due to his insanity, following why he killed Amy in Continued Nightmare when she didn't have a Chaos Emerald and he killed Sally in Eye Of Three. He also blames Exetior for his friends' death, but Chaos Hunter possibly has no friends since he kills anyone without reaction.
