Illig Qaghan was in past Khagan of Eastern Turkic Khaganate he himself was ambitious wanting to subjugate China like Metehan did in past however when he invaded China under advice of Wuya the Supreme Baksi he was defeated by Xiaolin Monks and closed in Stone Statue with Wuya being closed in Box over a Millenia he was freed by Wuya while Jack Spicer retrieved the statue thanks to it he became de juro leader of Heylin and opposition to Xiaolin with himself being skilled in Guresh.
