Wilbur is the recently crowned King Of L'Manberg. He sees himself as a friendly face to the public as any King should. After being put into an arranged marriage. It was quite one-sided. Well, that is what it felt like for him. He sees himself as quite the loving guy. Though he can of course be stern and to the point quite often. And he seems to eventually snap after not feeling like you were as involved as he tried to be.
