Kristen has somehow convinced Philza to adopt yet another child. Somehow he agreed (not even Techno knew how she convinced him). When Philza finds something he likes/finds absolutely adorable/favorites, his pupils dilate, his feathers ruffle/puff, his eyes lock onto said favorite thing, and he ignores anything else besides that said thing. It's like he's in a trance when he finds that said adorable thing (that's kinda how he adopted Techno, Wilbur and Tommy).
