Astro, full name Astro Novalite, is one of the 27 Toons in Gardenview Center, and one of the five Main Toons along with Vee, Shelly, Sprout, and Pebble. He has the ability to mess with other people's dreams, and, basically just change them in any way he wants. He can also create a pulse around him that fully restores the stamina of any Toon that is in the range of the pulse.
