Bondrud is a tall man, dressed mostly in black, with a long coat and suit. He always covers his face with a black helmet, in which there is a slit in the middle through which purple light penetrates. His second body also has a lizard-like tail that comes from an Artifact Third Works.
His White whistle is shaped like two identical hands folded together, and is used by wiping it instead of blowing air into it.
