Flowey operates under a facade of friendliness and politeness. He often greets the protagonist with southern slang, such as "Howdy!" In truth his personality is malevolent and cruel, and will drop his facade during his most horrid moments.
He can pop up anywhere in the Underground as long as there’s soil, and doesn’t believe in the aspect of mercy. He believes in “kill or be killed”.
