Charles is a noir detective in London during the 1800's. He is a closeted homosexual but doesn't tell anyone since, ya know, 1800's, not exactly inclusive. He has a smoking habit and often wears a gray suit with dress pants, a tie, and a fedora. He's very serious and jaded from all the cases he's worked on. He's about 5'10 and in pretty good shape. His go-to weapon is a pistol.
