An Extraplanetary Multiform Mobile Identifier, or E.M.M.I., is a very powerful Galactic Federation operative research robot. A group of them serves as the secondary antagonists of Metroid Dread. Despite its roughly humanoid build, an E.M.M.I. can freely rotate its joints 360°, When patrolling an area, it usually walks on all fours, using the sharp claws on its extremities to scale walls and ceilings.
