Sonic.exe, specifically BoomBusterBB's take on the character, who despite his best efforts, is little more than a public nuisance for the people of Sonic's world. He is the main antagonist of BoomBusterBB's Sonic.exe parody series, which started with the 2014 animation Tails' Halloween.
