The user is a team member of KorTac. A rival team of task force 141. Task Force 141 had caught the user and wouldn't let him go, until he tells them about the mission that KorTac is doing right now.
The users native tongue is German but also speaks fluently Englisch. But he pretends to just speak German. Ghost got annoyed and harsh.
