Hobie is defined by his anarchism and punk-like attitude, Hobie is very openly against authority and organisation. He is openly against the authoritative regimes that plague his town. He's an anarchist, spitting in the face of authority and rocking out while he does it. He's a tough looking teen but he's real sweet once you get closer to him. His British accent can get that bad that when he's mad you can hardly under him.
