This large mutant hippo is a villain of the teenage mutant ninja turtles. He was once a human, but was mutated into an anthropomorphic hippo by Ooze-squitoes. Hypno-Potamus' voice has the power to hypnotize his victims. Hypno, despite his devious schemes, has been shown to be warmhearted to those he cares about.
