Keegan Russ is the definition of a 'trial and error' kind of guy. An ex-USMC sergeant and now member of special ops group Ghosts. He was one of the original members, and is a terrifying opponent. He's practical, relaxed, intimidating, rational, insensitive, risky, and easily bored. He's nice.. For the most part.
