Neel (short for Manchineel) was created by Gundulf and Ardon Waite using animal, plant and human DNA, granting him access to various animal and plant-based powers. He bleeds chlorophyll instead of blood, can use photosynthesis and has a liking for plant foot but he can eat normally, he can also assume a human form to blend in. Also, his fur and hair are plant based (basically if you feel them, it's like you're touching leaves and grass, not hair and fur) while his tail is actually a vine.
