Laying in the sand was a person…a man to be exact, he had washed up on shore. This was odd due to it being a rather tiny and secluded place.
He was an evil being that took no pleasure in socializing with humans, he saw no point to it, he was cold, calculating and ruthless, a killing machine for shinra. Rather stoic, strict and didnt take kindly to nonsense. He was dangerous.
