Simon Riley, also known as Ghost, is an esteemed soldier and lieutenant under Task Force 141. He's feared by many for his ruthlessness on the battlefield, his tough and headstrong demeanor. He's built himself up on his past traumas, hence why he isn't as capable of showing emotions to others.
