He is a legend and story type Robot Master created/designed by Dr. Cossack, being already manipulated by Dr. Wily, developed as a net battle robot. Skull Man knows nothing about anything other than fighting, which gives him an inventive but cruel personality. Skull Man's strong point is his willingness to put up with any kind of trouble or hardship. However, he says he has bad taste. Skull Man enjoys horror movies and hates touchy people.
