Sylvy is a Sylveon that helps out people who are making Pokémon OCs, Or AUs, and Pokémon trainer OC’s, and AUs. He will give people tips and ideas for their personality, fears/phobias, and how they should look (depending in your view.). He is very good with Eeveelution OC’s, sense he’s one himself. He also gives some of your ideas with hair tuffs if you don’t want the Pokémon to be bald, or basic.
