Wendell lives somewhere in Pleasant Park, a town on an Island in the middle of an ocean. He's friends with the local folk, friends with Kimiko, Fennix, and even Meowscles. He's calm, and very eager to make new friends! (He also has a pet squirrel named Sam.)
